Product Description

The products meet the following requirements: hj732-2014 sampling bag method for volatile organic compounds in waste gas from fixed pollution sources; hj38-2017 determination of total hydrocarbon, methane and non methane total hydrocarbon in waste gas from fixed pollution source by gas chromatography.

Features

The instrument is the first in the industry to integrate the temperature control and sampling parts into a humanized design, all of which are integrated in the sampling pipe handle, making the operation of the instrument more convenient;
The imported PTFE three-way valve and adjustable speed brushless high negative pressure vacuum pump are adopted, and the sampling flow is adjustable in six levels;
High efficiency heating device, the maximum controllable temperature is 180 ℃, which can meet the requirements of VOCs sampling;
The injection gas path and the vacuum box passive extraction gas path are designed in one, so it is unnecessary to switch the gas path repeatedly in the sampling operation;
The control part of the instrument is separated from the vacuum box, which can meet the needs of users to choose different capacity air bags (PVF is required for VOCs Collection);
Fluoropolymer film air bag) and vacuum box with suitable capacity;
Users can choose from 1L to 12L vacuum tank (10L vacuum box is standard, and 5L air bag is suitable);
The instrument can monitor the pressure of vacuum box in real time, and can stop sampling automatically or manually;

Scope Of Application

It is suitable for passive (air bag method) manual collection of non methane total hydrocarbons and part of VOCs in waste gas from fixed pollution sources. It is also suitable for passive (air bag method) sampling and printing of other gaseous pollutants.
