Th-300b on line monitoring system of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in atmospheric environment
The ambient air is collected by the sampling system and then enters the concentration system. Under ultra-low temperature conditions, volatile organic compounds in the atmosphere are frozen and captured in an empty capillary column; then the compounds are quickly heated and analyzed to make the compounds enter the GCMS analysis system; after being separated by chromatographic column, they are detected by FID and MS detector.

天虹TH-300B助力杭州G20峰会
武汉天虹环保产业股份有限公司受国家环保部委托,派出TH-300B VOCs在线监测系统参加G20峰会长三角区域环境空气VOCs自动监测,负责上海淀山湖空气自动站,江苏宜兴市监测站空气自动站,安徽芜湖市监测站空气自动站三个站点的VOCs在线监测工作,圆满完成了各项任务;并配合专家进行盲样测试、现场考核及仪器空白等多项指标的评估工作。
2015年9月至2016年8月,天虹公司用TH-300B系统离线对全国14个国家大气背景空气站VOCs进行定性、定量分析,累计定性检出97种各类VOCs。
TH-300A污染源挥发性有机物在线监测系统
仪器采用专用色谱柱组合、中心切割加反吹技术和氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)技术进行甲烷和非甲烷总烃的检测。样品采集到定量环后,切换进样阀,在载气的带动下分别进入色谱柱中分离。其中一路总烃进入FID检测器中得到,另外一路氧气和甲烷从PQ色谱柱中分离,进入5A色谱柱中,切换阀位置后烃类被反吹,甲烷进入FID检测器检测得到。
● 采用中心切割加反吹专利技术,符合标准《HJ/T38-1999》,直接测量甲烷和非甲烷总烃;
● 采用专用的色谱柱组合,样品180℃保温。30s内出峰,无残留,灵敏度高;
● 仪器具有开机自检功能,断气保护功能,短期自动重启功能和报警功能,保证系统安全和稳定性;
● FID检测器具有自动点火功能和宽量程输出,线性范围10-7;
● 使用自动电子流量控制技术(EPC)控制载气、空气和氢气,高精度(0.01psi),重复性和再现好;
● 核心部件均使用国际知名品牌,可靠性高,使用寿命长。
