The sampling tube is made of stainless steel, the inner wall of the gas path is coated with glass film and lined with polytetrafluoroethylene pipeline, and the sampling nozzle (including elbow and film holder) is also treated with glass coating, which can better ensure that high quality samples can be obtained in strong acid, strong alkali and high corrosion environment.
A variety of adaptation methods. The sampling tube can be suitable for sampling nozzles (and kits) of low concentration particulate matter, and also can be suitable for sampling of gaseous pollutants and particulate matters such as heavy metals (mercury, lead, arsenic), chlorine, hydrogen chloride, fluoride, sulfuric acid fog, etc., and one sampling cigarette gun can meet the sampling requirements of most pollutants.
The sampling tube is equipped with a whole adjustable constant temperature control unit, and the temperature control range is from room temperature to 180 ℃, which can meet the sampling requirements of most pollutants.
The sampling pipe adopts integral welding process to prevent the phenomenon of flue gas backflow in positive pressure flue.
The sampling tube is powered by DC 12V safe voltage.
The standard size of sampling tube is 1500mm, which can also be customized according to user requirements.
