Uv3000p has the characteristics of high performance and high cost performance. A single analyzer can detect desulfurization, denitrification, ammonia escape and conventional continuous emission monitoring. The working principle is to directly detect the absorption of ultraviolet light by the target gas in the probe installed in the flue. This method is not affected by water vapor. The dynamic range of probe and target material is designed according to practical application.
Low installation cost
Uv3000p analyzer is easy to install and low cost. It is directly installed on the flue through standard ANSI 150 ා. Only one side of the flue needs to be drilled and equipped with power supply and communication devices. This in-situ monitoring technology does not require the installation of sample gas extraction and pretreatment devices.
Less maintenance, long running time
Uv3000p monitor can run continuously and automatically. Built in calibration and automatic quality assurance devices, so there is no need for manual intensive daily calibration. The quality assurance inspection only needs a small amount of standard gas of main substances, without multi-point calibration. The synthetic background can not only reduce the drift, but also realize zero return in each analysis cycle without purging the probe. The half-life of UV light source is 4000 hours, and the probe filter membrane is the only consumable. The probe is easy to disassemble without taking out the analyzer.
Simple integration
The analyzer adopts standard communication and remote control protocol (Modbus TCP and VNC), and communicates through Ethernet. Therefore, the analyzer can be directly integrated into the plant control system. At the same time, users can choose different data output methods according to their own needs.
Enhanced monitoring performance

SO 2 measurement is not affected by the presence of NOx, and water-soluble substances will not be lost.
